        Regular customer to the eastham branch.The best and tasty cake I bought today . I went to buy a specific cake, wasn't expecting it to be immediately available, however a staff named Netal was so good and customer friendly, and offered to prepare it fresh. I was more that happy to wait and got my cake ready. Netal was excellent in her customer care skills. Netal deserves a praise from the management.

        It was third class cake which Ive purchased 7th July 2023 and it spoiled my function and when I say about cake mistakes like it was smelling and not fresh they deny to accept that mistake and my brother throws that cake out side in the bin . And request to all not purchase that cake at that shop
