I am an existing customer, Branch is not opening an Instant Access Saver account for me, saying head office will open account for me if I send them filled up application form. Head office sent letter I should go to the branch to open this account. I have been to the branch 3 times, and called head office 3 times.

Applied to close my account over Two months ago, delay after delay and still waiting for my cheque!! Took less than a week with Chelsea and Skipton with Bank transfers and NO CHARGE. Nationwide wanted 20 which was probably more than the interest I got over years.
