Phone was stolen from shop by staff members who then lied about the shop being closed since April when clearly the shop was open. When approached again about the phone they acted like they didn't have a clue. Be careful with personal belongings you might think your getting value for money when they're stealing away

Good product but worst customer service experience of a lifetime. Staff need to be trained up on how to speak and deal with customers in a professional manner and a bit of the "customer is always right". Would definitely recommend the product but not the customer service so would not return.
