Eaves Chimney Sweep

Excellent service. Came highly recommended, did not disappoint

Deeply disappointed with the service received. I booked 5/6 weeks in advance and was told of a mid morning appointment, I changed my work schedule to ensure I was in. I called on the morning of the appointment and was told the sweeps would definitely be with me that morning. I emailed again at 12:30 and was told to talk to the sweep directly as they were out of the office. Sweep told me I was never in for a morning appointment and he had 3 further sweeps to complete prior to me, he eventually got to me for a 15 minute appointment at 14:30 and left all the soot remnants in the grate. Not the service Im used to from other sweeps.
