We used ASC to prepare a commercial mortgage for us during the purchase of a B&B business, in case the sale of our existing property took too long or fell through. Throughout the process we had nothing but good advice and good service, and although thankfully we were able to sell our existing property and purchase the business from the resulting funds, it was very reassuring to know that we could call down the pre-arranged mortgage if needed.
