Friendly, professional, efficient and effective. I went to see the practice due to severe sciatica i had been suffering for nearly 5 months prior to making my first appointment and was pleasantly suprised by the speed of results following weekly treatment over the course of the subsequent 2 months. Booking is very simple by phone, the receptionist is very friendly and chatty, immediately putting you at ease when you arrive. The practice itself is compact, clean and professional in appearance and offers a very streamlined and efficient service in my own experience. Phil, the Osteopath at the practice, is very friendly and professional in his approach. Offers advice and information early on and throughout the sessions and very honest in his assessments and opinions. He listens and engages well, explaining everything in as simple or as complicated manner as you would like and quick to disperse any misconceptions of miracle cures and the like whilst explaining the mechanics of the treatments he suggests and their likely benefits to your condition or symptoms. Throughout my time at the practice i never felt pressured to return for 'the next session' or that I wasn't getting his full attention and treatment from the very first time i visited. It took a few weeks to see the benefits of his treatments but by about week 3 the improvements in my pain levels and intensity of symptoms was noticeable and gradually improved week on week after that and has greatly improved my symptoms allot so well worth the cost in my case. As he will explain himself, there is no miracle cure or quick fixes but a combination of his time and a regime of exercises to carry out at home and i have seen the benefits for myself and glad I tried this alternative to physiotherapy etc and the lengthy NHS waiting times for even the most basic treatments. I would recommend this to anybody who suffers from back pain or sciatica like myself and in my opinion is well worth the expense for the improvements i have experienced for myself and my own personal struggle with sciatica and constant back pain.
