After having a pretty devastating end to 2021 - both physically & mentally, I decided to seek out alternative methods to cheer myself up! Thats when I met Helen. I was sceptical whether a massage would do the trick but I had nothing to lose so I booked a therapy session. To cut a long story short, its 8 months later and Helens massage therapies have come to be a necessity in my life. Not just to iron out physical aches and pains but the spiritual aspect too.
