Plum Couriers

Overall decent but could improve their communications. This is intended as well-intentioned feedback as a way to improve their service. The item arrived well packaged and in good condition and they were happy to split the bill between sender and receiver. However, I only received a single text to arrange delivery with a single time. It was not clear from the text that missing this slot could mean a delay of up to two weeks! If I had understood this I would have made more of an effort to ensure I was available. Ultimately it arrived the week after, but that is still a week later than it should have been.

I picked Plum Couriers because of the good reviews they got. They picked up a 1930's carved bed I bought on eBay and delivered the headboard and foot end, but forgot the the frame part of the bed. I was promised the rest to be delivered the following week but the frame has now been lost by Plum Couriers. Three months on and I am still waiting for compensation and they are not answering emails and phone calls. I was hoping Mr Matt Firman would answer this review.

Bad - Poor communications and no contact when delivery was not on van for scheduled day. Good - Friendly driver and package delivered in perfect condition.
