After 4.5 years in business my old iMac began to show signs of wear and wasn't able to cope with the latest Apple Operating Systems, or indeed the Creative Cloud apps we were using! After diligently inspecting our equipment, Robert gave us a few options, we decided on a hard-drive replacement whilst my business can accrue for new technology! The updates and remedial work completed has given the iMac a new lease of life! It has been working a charm since the hard wear replacement and has made a noticeable improvement in terms of productivity and functionality - always a win-win for any business! I would consider myself to be a competent user of Apple products however I recently ran into problems with low disk space on my Iphone and Macbook Pro and didn't know where to begin. Robert was able to offer a professional Apple computer support service remotely and provided a solution which freed up valuable disk space on both my Iphone and Macbook so I could continue to use them uninterrupted.
