Sadly our experience has been anything other than stressful and problematic. Our 5,000 sofas arrived in November 2021. On delivery we noticed that they were badly damaged and immediately notified Sofa Italia. In accordance with consumer legislation we are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. We opted for replacement and notified Sofaitalia. Sadly they have declined to offer us replacements, even though this is contrary to consumer legislation. Thankfully we purchased using interest free credit. The finance company have been very supportive by confirming that we were entitled to a refund or replacement. They have paused our repayments whilst they try to sort this mess out. Theyve written to Sofa Italia to remind them of their obligations under the law, but we still await a resolution. As Sofa Italia have denied us our basic rights under the law we are now perusing them for a refund rather than a replacement as their willingness to sort out problems is sadly lacking. Seems very strange that Sofa Italia choose to ignore consumer law and treat their customers so badly. The whole experience has been a living nightmare, one which I wouldnt want to repeat. I will update this review to say how Sofa Italia resolve this matter.

Caution advised. I received a damaged sofa (2 springs broken and large, deep scratch bordering a rip on the back of sofa). Company will not replace and do not respond to communications. Extremely poor service. I made sure that I had guarantees regarding quality - they were given but not lived up to. Be warned before you pay!

After purchasing a brand new white leather sofa , I was horrified to then see stain marks on the leather after only 4 days. I have contacted did a Italia on numerous occasions now and also Castelan with whom I have taken and paid for extra warranty cover and they have not been helpful at all. Terrible service , terrible product, don't EVER PURCHASE FROM SOFAITALUA
