100% Customer Service and Quality from the quote to the end result. I chose LD Plumbing and Heating as the company is a registered Bosch Worcester installer which meant I could get the full12 year warranty on my Style 8000 boiler. My quote, which was the most competitive by far, was ready the next day whereas others took days or never even bothered to come at all. I explained how I would like the install to fit in with some planned house alterations and Ambrose offered his expert advice. He was very efficient and also a very neat and tidy job which ticked all the boxes. Everything I requested was done spot on first time. I would not hesitate to use LD Plumbing and Heating in the future and will be recommending him to all of my friends and family. And I also need to mention Lucy who is his other half, who kept me pleasantly informed of progress by email all the way through the whole process from quote to supply to fitting!
