Don't use this company. I purchased 2 aluminium radiators and they both leak and they won't refund my money or collect the radiators. If you would like more info give me a call.

DO NOT BUY. Shocking quality of products. Upon installation of Reina Fano white towel rail we found: 1. The brackets did not adjust so we could only fit the bottom brackets to the tiled wall and we could not fit the top brackets to the untiled wall. 2. The white powdery paint finish comes off onto the hand. 3. The towel rail marks very easily and the subsequent markings cannot be cleaned off. Reina refused to refund as they will only refund on items that havent been installed. The problem is you will only come across these issues upon installation. What Reina failed to recognise is I wasnt reporting a fault but just a very sub standard product. Shocking quality do not buy.

If I could have given Zero rating I would have. Ordered a flat panel Reina radiator from a 3rd party. Radiator came damaged. I received a replacement, that came with simulate damage. 3rd radiator came, damaged. 285 for radiators that are basically seconds. The sticker on the box assuring the customer that the product have been STRINGENTLY checked, by who I ask. I can only advise NOT to even consider platting with your hard earned money for their rubbish. Im now stuck with the pipes being fitted but struggling to get a radiator near to the measurements.. Thanks for absolute nothing Reina.. Disgusted!!
