Andy is one of a kind. He worked overtime just to get our new heating system and power shower installed before the arrival of our baby. Our heating and hot water stopped working due to no fault of our own but he came around straight from work just to help us out. Such an honest and great priced guy. Andy removed our gravity fed water tank, involving air source heat pump and solar panel systems, and replaced it with a pressurised system, and installed an unvented cylinder. He is very concientious, arrived on time and was ready to explain all the changes. The work was completed within the time estimated with minimun disruption; we will not hesitate to use Andy again. Mr Allen was recommended by my previous plumber and I have not been disappointed. His work is exemplary, I cannot fault anything he has done. We are pensioners and feel very comfortable with his demeanor and work ethics. He responds to my emergencies and will talk me through a problem that I can rectify my self rather than make an unnecessary call out , thereby saving me money. I am more than happy to recommend him.
