After seeing a car I was interested in on Auto Trader, I called and spoke to Craig who booked me in for a look around and test drive of the car in question. Very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the car and answered any and all questions I had about the car. After the test drive, I decided to place a deposit and book in a date to collect the car. On the day of collection, Craig kindly pulled the car up for us and made me aware that the car had been freshly cleaned and vacuumed ready for my collection. Just before I was given the keys, Craig did one final detail of the car to make sure it was super shiny for when I drove the car off the forecourt. A very efficient, professional and pleasant experience of purchasing the car! After 5 days, the car I purchased experienced an audio issue which made any music or audio completely impossible to listen to. After a discussion with Jamie on the phone, who advised to go through warranty, I did this and the warranty experience was great! After a few backwards and forwards, the warranty cover wasn't enough to cover the bill completely, however both Craig and Jamie confirmed that they would happily cover the shortfall and have the issue fully covered. I can wholeheartedly recommend the service, professionalism and knowledge of Hammond Cars in Great Yarmouth
