        Good bits - friendly lady in the office, helpful and professional when asked enquiries, easy to order tickets online, just had to show pdf on the train. Nice and efficient. Nice staff on the train too. Bad bits - cycle storage on train needs to be more than the afterthought that it is. Bike held in place by that loose green strap, bike fell when train moved. Apparently that area takes 3 bikes, so wasn't keen on someone resting 2 more bikes on top of mine. Hard to find info online about cycle reservations, finally found district lines don't need reservations, haven't yet found a central line cycle space which isn't fully booked. Seems suspect and odd. Station area really could do with renovation.
