If I could leave less than one star I would. They had the contract unbelievably to take my SEN daughter to her Special needs School. Here is an example of some of the things we experienced. Telling my daughter who has poor motor skills she should practice opening their minibus door. Watching her struggle to open it. Driver on his phone while driving leaving the school until pulled up by another taxi driver.Then lied saying he wasn't.(My daughter saw him checking Ring doorbell footage.) Shouting to make her jump then laughing about it. Rolling eyes when she tries to get out past the other member of staff that sits in the back. Teaching assistants would take her to the taxi as she hated going with them but this turned matters worse when they mocked her on the way home saying to the other children " do you need a teacher to walk you to the car tomorrow? "followed by laughter. I could go on and on.Special needs children are not stupid Allbies.

First time using these in great Yarmouth and there telephone booking service is amazing all voice controlled very quick service and very friendly driver who gave some good advice on what to see do on the area . Highly recommended

Woman taking calls on 20th April 2023 2 pm has got a serious chip on her shoulder, ridiculously rude. Surprised you actually get any customers with that on the phone.
