Awful customer service!!! I was booking on behalf of my friends and I, but we were on holiday and was unsure about wanting a tattoo or not as the weather has been lovely and we know you cant tattoo on sunburnt skin, so we had spent a day messaging back and fourth about designs and prices and availability but ended up having to not want one anymore since we was all too sunburnt to be tattooed on. I did give him the benefit of the doubt and apologised for messing them around, and for the hassle and He had messaged about whether we still wanted the space and I said no. Upon this he sent a very rude message saying thanks for wasting my time I couldve booked someone else which I appreciate this business is cutthroat and your wages are based on commission but if we decided not to book in the end I dont think I shouldve received that response, i will say messaging anyway he wasnt very friendly, not very informative and when Ive looked at the gallery the tattoos werent even that good anyway. So I wouldnt go here again and I would avoid getting anything done here and spend your time and money getting it done by someone nicer and better.
