The Park Surgery

Have to say I was so impressed! My dad moved from Millwood sue to a shocking service and these guys were amazing. Reception staff smiled - never seen that before and Dr Livesy was brilliant and attentive. I am now going to move too, what a breath of fresh air! well done Park Surgery!

Absolutely shocking. Staff are rude. And just not the same surgery anymore. Been a patient here since I was a child (20+ years) and now have had no option other than leave and go else where. Everytime I called to get an appointment was on hold for over 40 minutes each time. 3 times I've had to call 111 because doctors have refused to see my children when being ill. Then 111 has got me an appointment for the doctor to say nothing can be done. To then end up in ane later that evening. Shocking service.

I've noticed a few bad reviews around this place and I have been using this surgery for around 13-14 years now. Never had a problem. Always polite and friendly staff. All doctors I've seen have been knowledgeable and informative. Never been too long to make an appointment (occasional 45 minute holds to make the initial appointment but it seems like every doctors has this issue). Very fast to arrange the next steps/appointments to resolve the issues spoken about. The receptionists do their job amazingly aswell given some of the situations they have to deal with. Honestly I don't understand how some people could leave negative reviews about an NHS provided service. I, personally, am very grateful for the service you guys provide!
