Friendly, professional and very patient coaches .!!
Although my body has took this long to adapt , I can finally say I can do a forward roll and handstands to a
Good standard now and really enjoy all the conditioning stretches too.
I am 49 years young so really good exercise for all ages.
There are challenges if you want them, but you dont feel any pressure if you are not ready .
Look forward to seeing what I can achieve.
