South Quay Penthouse - 2 Bed

The hosts were absolutely brilliant. The location of the flat wasnt. It was incredibly hot and we were unable to have the windows open at night because of the very noisy busy road outside and a noisy bar/pub playing music til 3am. However, in the winter with the windows closed I bet its a different experience. The hosts as I say are great - so thoughtful, prompt at replying and sorting problems, and the flat interior is exceptional. They have other properties so I would definitely recommend you looking at other places they have for rent.

We had an amazing tine. The penthouse exceeded our expectations. Large double rooms, large kitchenette and living room, spacious hallway, and huge bathroom. What else do you need? Home away from home. Location is excellent, 10 min walk to the beach, shops close by, we had everything we needed. Hosts Nikki & Stef, very nice and welcoming, very precise instructions how to get to the penthouse, where to park and how to get in. 10 out of 10!

A spacious, beautifully decorated 1 bed penthouse with all the mod cons provided. The 2nd bed is available via a pull out sofa. As it's in a listed building the stairs are narrow so just beware if you have a lot of luggage. Great central location: around 10 min walk to the town centre, 15 min walk to the beach. A short drive to Gapton Retail Park, all the main supermarkets and exploring Norfolk Broads. Free parking opposite the apartment along the riverside, just look out for the gate after the traffic lights on the right if coming from Haver Bridge side as its not signposted, if you miss it just continue further along South Quay and you will see a signpost for parking (free). Nikki and Stef were great hosts, checking in to make sure everything was OK. Would recommend for work or leisure purposes, hopefully my next visit will be for leisure.
