Shocked to see all these 1-star negative reviews. We were there last week and had a delicious meal, the spicy meatballs were very nice and the cottage pie was excellent, and the sponge puddings were lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone, they don't deserve such bad reviews.

The worst place ever me and my friends were rudely and aggressively asked to stop laughing and having fun! The waitress was rude and miserable, other diners also agreed that the way the owner spoke to us was well over the top! And after reading other reviews I can see it being a trend and Ive heard the food is also terrible! The archers next door is a far better dining experience

We came across this restaurant by chance and they managed to fit us in even though they were fully booked. There were nine of us dining so we were pleased as we hadn't booked a table. We had a positive experience. The food was delicious and the choice was really good. The kids meals were reasonable too. It's a shame quite a few of the reviews on here are negative as we had quite the opposite and enjoyed our meal out.
