Work for the agency few months already and I have only positive feedback. My husband worked before with this agency and he was happy too. All are friendly and helpful. Recommend

Extremely unprofessional, still waiting on my p45, still waiting on my overtime and holiday money, needed to book a holiday and got threatened to be replaced and loose my job.

Have not long been with Mak. Were very nice and understanding at the time I registered with them but put me in the wrong employment. CLAYS BOOKS in Halesworth. Never told me it was fast paced on the production lines. My first week the team on the the first production line were loveky and very patient with me but then when I was moved to the next one, it all went downhill, no patience, i couldn't keep up and got very stressed emptionally. I lasted 2 weeks and 3 days. Not nice. Didn't tell them i was visually impaired but Mak knew but put me there! Not happy. Am waiting for something " better" suited for me and my abilities to come to ne but have also sent out my cv to other places (non agency) and hoping for something better suited to my pace and peace of mind that is hopefully more local so I don't have to travel far. Hours not getting up at 4 am anymore too! Not recommend this agency to disabled people like me!!

I was with mak for just over a year and was overwhelmed by their helpfulness and understanding after a year they moved me to a factory that has now taken me on as a machine engineer so many thanks to all of the people at mak. If you're looking for work and are cooperative, understanding and willing to show some humanity then mak is the agency for you!
