Great service and a friendly landlord and landlady who know a lot about real ale and real cider. Fresh homemade and delightful pies are on offer as is a varied selection of Belgian beers and continental lagers - always a new one to try everyday. Come in a stranger, leave as a friend. Not wanting to drink anything alcoholic? This pub offers a wide of loose leaf tea from all different varieties of which you can take home and make up to fifty cups of. Coffee is available too with all traditional brews served. Darts, chess and other traditional pub games such as bar skittles are available for you and your friend to kill time with. In short this pub is definitely worth a long visit.
