        I'm on holiday from Nottingham and I am wheelchair bound, A wheel on my wheelchair snapped clean off and I called in on the off chance they would be able to remove the broken bolt. I saw Keith and he not only managed to get the snapped bolt out, he had a new bolt made up there and then and put my wheelchair back together for me! The kindness he showed was second to none. My wheelchair is my lifeline and he got me going again. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much.
