Gorleston Post Office

In Gorlstone post office are working rude Indian girls who refused me to change money and said that half of my money are not real and I have to go to Tesco just to change money. Post office should have more qualified staff.

Avoid! They dont seem to have a clue on what they are doing. Not customer friendly!

Seems some staff don't like turning round to acknowledge customers let alone serving them

Customer service is diabolical. Sent a small parcel off 28th Feb, requiring a signature. Went in 17th of March as it still says 'We have received your parcel' Got to the counter, the server was face timing, her phone on the counter. I showed her the tracking msg, she asked for ID. When I pointed out that I'd sent it from this branch, she said you have to phone customer service, we only take the parcel in. Then went back to her conversation. Will be taking it further. Was behind a lady who was depositing 850 in cash. Same server counted it out told her to insert her card. When she checked it was only for 550. Good job the lady double checked.

Rude, incompetent & lazy. I asked for stamps 25 mins before they were closing. They asked if I could come back the next day cause they have already locked the safe. I said how long does it take to unlock a safe! I have an important document I have to send. So she said ok give me 10 mins. She then went to the back room where there is a curved mirror on the ceiling I watched as she simply opened the safe door & pulled out my stamps immediately. Oh yes add liars to the list of complaints. They lost one of my packages. I also have to check that they put the post code in correctly.
