        Staff always approachable and friendly, unfortunately because the government couldn't make up their minds about COVID, everyone was confused about wearing masks, and it was stated shop staff didn't need to wear a mask, so any bad reviews are unwarranted

        Unfortunately, I have recently realised that the younger male member of staff is increasing the weight of parcels, in order to charge more. On several occasions I have noticed that my packages are weighing under 100g. However, the staff member has been inputting the weights to be 105g or so, in order to charge me the next price bracket. I won't be using this post office any longer.
