        I have never been spoken to as a customer as what I have here! Disgusting behaviour from someone who is meant to help people get better. I would never make anyone feel the way the staff here do, I was worthless and not worth her time, I was a inconvenience and a annoyance. Luckily the Tesco staff took my complaint seriously and were so apologetic and disgusted. Its being taken further thanks to the amazing staff at Tesco customer care!

        Absolutely terrible customer service been waiting for my prescription of two lots of insulin know if tablets and antidepressants do you think when youre on medication like this I would have it ready when I said I would ring up and it takes them forever to answer the phone and sometimes theyre quite rude so Ive decided to take my trade elsewhere so customers think before you sign up for them to do your prescriptions
