My Roxy was treated with the upmost care and respect from the first phone call to bringing our baby home we can not thank them enough for there service. Well a few months have past now since my beautiful Ben left and went to heaven so now I feel I can write a review for this fantastic place. I dont have the words to express how amazing these people who run it are so good and love shown to my Ben was above and beyond anything I could have asked for, they sent me a card signed by all staff and not a print these were real heart felt signatures. When I got Ben back he was given to me I a beautiful box with forget me not seeds candle and was very special. I could write so much more but my last words are thank you so much for the love you showed Ben and myself I will always be eternally grateful. Xxx

Couldnt recommend Rainbow Bridge more. They were super prompt in replying to my email, were able to open up on a Saturday afternoon to receive my pet, very professional and kind through a difficult time. Thank you.
