Fantastic peter is a fantastic personal trainer! For the first time in a long time I feel like Im looking after myself properly which is thanks to his nutrition plan's and exercise support. Ive lost weight, have more energy and feel so much healthier! The amount Ive been workingout was dramatically increased because of his fun and varied workouts that regularly change so there is no chance to get bored. He is super reliable and whenever Ive asked him a question he has always got back to me very quickly. If you follow his advice you will get results!

What can I say about Pete? He is an absolute pleasure to work with. Always makes time for you no matter what and will give you the support and encouragement you need to reach your goals. I struggled at 1st but Pete was an absolute superstar and guided me through it all 1 step at a time. You won't do wrong with Pete and he is a fantastic person as well as an expert fitness instructor. Would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you so much Pete.

Great workout and food plans, Peter worked with our group to help achieve our goals. Always available to talk, answer questions and keep us motivated. He listens and makes adjustments to the plans and also changed our workouts to a home workout plan now that Covid lockdown doesn't allow us to go to the gym. Thanks for all the help, highly recommended!

Pete has not only helped me achieve my goals but has helped me to improve my mindset. Its amazing what I have achieved in 8 weeks. I have lost 5kg, I'm able to squat with a 30kg barbell, do 50kg rows, shoulder press double the weight I could before. I wouldn't even dream I could do any of those things, the only exercise I used to do was walk past the gym . I'm type 1 diabetic with mental health issues so it makes it that bit harder but Pete has been patient with me and very encouraging which has given me motivation to work hard & the best thing is I enjoy every work out I do. I've learnt so much and I feel a lot happier in my own mind and my own body. Everything is planned out for you: workouts, macros, calories and step count and he is always there if you have any questions or struggles.
