Very helpful and informative optician, the young lady at the front helped me choose my new glasses with humour and also mentioned about the blue light card offer which I would not have thought of and Id not used it before and she helped me go through the app to get the deal, she was very friendly and helpful, I have since recommended to my colleagues, excellent experience.

Very unhappy experience firstly equipment that takes pictures of back of eye not working when I had my eye test I was told it would be done when I picked my glasses up i also told the optician I had been suffering from floating black spots in both eyes for 6 months and was having big vision problems he did not comment on this so one week later I was told my reading glasses were ready for collection I had also purchased a pair of bifocal glasses charged 211so again I arrived at tesco given the reading glasses and reading card on trying to check new glasses I was unable to even try and focus on the first line and felt disoriented so I obviously asked for a full refund I was then told I would still need to pay for the eye test after fighting my case I was given my money back just so upset and feel so let down by such a big company I so trusted in
