        After 3 attempts to get my prescription correct, i have now been waiting 4 weeks to collect my glasses. I just phoned to enquire, and low and behold, they are ready for collection. They didn't even bother to let me know they were ready. Very poor indeed, I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO SPECSAVERS!
