Phoned to get some advice on a mortgage and found ben to be very helpful. He referred me to a financial adviser who talked me through my options and gave me a possibility to think about to solve our situation. Something that I hadn't even considered but was worth exploring a different route. Very friendly experience and called me back when promised. Would use again once decided best option for me to take.
