I thought that style mobility was a very good company as we used them to get two new batteries for my second hand mobility scooter which I bought from my neighbour two years ago. They delivered my scooter in January this year, but I didn't know that you had to keep it on charge at all times as it loses its ability to charge. The staff member that were in market gates told us that they could remody this as they had a machine that would do it. They came to fetch it just before lock down, which meant I could not get it back till after that. My son phoned them and was told that all there old staff had left and they had to employ new staff. I did not get a receipt for my scooter as I didn't think or know that I would need one after buying two new batteries from them in January. Having no receipt and not knowing the name of my scooter they have refused to bring back my scooter. My son asked if he could come to the shop and identify my machine but was told no he couldn't. I have searched every were I can for my paperwork and haven't found it, so now I have no way to get about without it.
