Absolutely amazing service, I had my screen fixed today; so happy, I had a lovely man come out in a phone genie van to my home, it was all done within 10 minutes, screens all perfect, and amazing advise was given. So happy thankyou so much

Called The Mobile Phone Genie and they offered to come to my address immediately as they had someone nearby and turned up within 5-10 minutes. The young guy completed some tests and diagnosed the fault. He advised me of the best financial options to repair the fault as he was not able to carry it out right now and refused to charge me anything for his time. Can't fault the service or the honesty. Will definetely use again. Many thanks.

I cant thank the mobile phone genie enough After not backing up my iPhone for several months and breaking both the front and back of it I was gutted to think Id lost all precious photos of my baby girl. Both Apple and the insurance company said because of the damage and age of the phone they would just replace the whole handset and all data would be wiped! I contacted the mobile phone genie and someone came out to my house the same afternoon and replaced the front screen and all data was untouched. Thank you so so much, highly recommend
