3 months after having a double fracture of my right arm and a torn shoulder ligament, l felt like l was not moving forward and had a lot of pain and a numb hand ,l have just finished 3 treatments with Jo, l finally feel like I'm improving again and it is really helping with the healing process, Jo is very professional and explains everything l would definitely recommend her for any problems ,thank you so much Jo

Having read about Bowen Therapy and for months having had a really painful, stiff neck and a tender raised area, upper back/shoulder same side. I thought I would give it a try as other treatments had not worked. So before Christmas I had my first session. Jo thoroughly explained what she would be doing, and that it is likely to take 2 or 3 treatments for improvement. I had an overall body treatment, then Jo addressed my area of pain, she advised me to rest and drink plenty for the remainder of the day if possible. Even driving home (20 miles) my neck felt so much better, no pain and full movement!!!. It has remained so, 4 months on I am still pain free!! I am continuing my sessions with Jo as my whole body feels more fluid after treatment.
