Catch 22 Submission Fighting Academy - Rio Grappling Club Norfolk

I train with Coach Chris. Not only is he an excellent Coach, with great attention to detail, knowledgeable, super friendly and kind, but he is also a top level competitor with heaps of experience competing in MMA and BJJ at the highest level in UK. If you are looking for BJJ or self defence classes anywhere in and around Great Yarmouth, definitely give Catch22Norfolk a visit. I would highly recommend him.

The most welcoming gym I have ever visited, I joined after moving to the area and although I didn't know anyone was made to feel at home straight away. A good variety of grappling is taught here with students of all levels so you can always push yourself and learn alot. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Started about 5 months ago and received a very warm welcome from both members and coaches. Easy to follow tuition for new starters and experienced martial artists. Good for fitness, socialising and self defence. Highly recommend

Best club in Norfolk by far. Execellent coaching in a clean environment. The members are all friendly and willing to help. The kids classes are engaging for all those involved. Classes cover Gi, No Gi, wrestling, and all aspects of grappling and suitable for those considering something different up to experienced high level practitioners. Glad I came here. Would recommend to anybody.
