        Rude staff within the office, unhelpful, make mistakes and then blame you for it even if you have proof it is ignored, never answer the phone and give wrong information or the answer is you will need to call the main helpline who then tell you to go into the office. Staff are always standing around chatting with one another. Try and avoid at all costs making the extra effort to go to the Yarmouth office where they do actually help!
