New Beach Hotel

The Hotel is a little dated & run down in places stayed her on a Alfa 5 day the drive down from woodall was good our driver was Shane a curry Watts look a like from corrie had a good time would also like to thank Jenny on Reception was fantastic nothing to much trouble and the Best is a massive Shout out for the young water Named JOE he was Brilliant absolutely fantastic Every thing u needed or wanted he got plus was very polite it would be a shame if they ever lose him can't thank him enough worth every penny of or tip Brilliant person Brilliant service JOE is his Name the meals was nice what we had Just a shame about people not sticking to their time on the card we was on the 6pm slot But they had people come & sitting down who was on the 7pm sitting so impatient No wonder things was getting mixed up & some people are never satisfied plus it didn't help with the Hotel taking away the Breakfast Buffet including the help your self juice or cereals& the waiters/waitress bringing it to ur table other than that it was always Hot was there 15th/19th Atril 2023

Rooms: Can only say on the room I was in 108 1st floor there is a lift & just 1 step Nearby activities: Good if u got children Walkability: It's all falt even a land train x2 & in summer goes right round the resort in april goes just along the front & there a open top Bus It's 04:00 for all day again that only goes on the front at start of season Food & drinks: Plenty places

Staff very helpful,food really nice,only thing needs rooms updating,entertainment hit and miss. Rooms: Dated,like hotel itself.

Do not bother coming here , room was very smelly, floor was not hoovered, towels were dirty, bed sheets ripped , flies in window sill for over 3 days . Dirty cups and cutlery, bread was not toasted, bedroom was very dusty , we brought a bottle of febreeze but did not help the smell . Food was OK but small portions. Rooms: Just returned home with bed bug bites
