Nearby activities: Less than 2 minutes walk is the Sealife Centre which also has a small restaurant attached. There are 2 very good restaurants close by offering 5* menus, but cost accordingly. There are numerous cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The Marina is a swimming pool complex and gym. Pirates crazy golf and all the seaside attractions within a 5 minutes walk and of course the sea and beach again 5 minutes walk. The other side is a 10 minutes walk to St. Georges theatre, the park and the start of the shops into the town centre so probably a 15 minutes walk to the centre and Market Gates for the shopping and Bus Station and another 10 minutes maximum to the train station. Along South Quay are the historic attractions and the harbour. So this guest house is very well located. Walkability: The whole area is good and flat for walking, and so close to the seafront and the red path leading the 3 miles to the Seashore Haven park on one way and the less tourist developed area towards the south and the outer harbour. The town centre is a 15 to 20 minutes walk, flat certain ways and a slight incline if you go the Greek Church /St. Georges theatre way. The whole town is long but not very wide, and most people find it a pleasant walk around.

We have just stayed here for two nights, What a lovely family run guesthouse. Greeted by Sandra on arrival and told us everything we needed to know. Tea/coffee in rooms as well as bottled water, rooms lovely and clean. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The biggest winner of the stay my children said its the best breakfast theyve ever had in a hotel. Definitely going back for another short stay!!
