Rooms: as we arrived around 12.30pm was told cant book in till 2.00pm..online it asked you what time you will arrive i put between 12/1.00pm,what was the point them asking in the first place...when we did check in no breakfast or bar...entered our room and it looked and was clean..open the draws next to the bed and they almost fell apart,in the bathroom came to use the toilet and almost fell off as the fixings at the bottom of the toilet were loose and the toilet went to one side, the sink taps were useless turn cold tap on and waited around 40seconds then you just got a trickle, hot water ran but very slow...the shower the morning after was about the only thing that was good about the place,as for the TV reception was not to good had to fiddle with ariel to try get a picture...this called hotel needs a fortune spending on it....never again..

i went here on holiday with my mum and my sister 4 years ago for 3 nights, the staff there were okay but an bit clueless. When we got into the room the tv wasn't working and it was quite cold, they only served breakfast and you had to pay for it they didnt sever lunch or dinner so we had to get take away or fish and chips every now and then.

After the first night, I found bug on my t-shirt, but didn't realize it was the bed bug as I did not see it before, so I flushed it down the toilet. I informed the hotel the day after my check out just because I had been driving all day to my destination, unfortunately the allergic reaction was so irritating that I had to stop in Tesco drug store where they confirmed it was an allergic reaction caused by bed bug bites and I should have expected a more visible bite marks within the next 24 hours. I contacted the hotel, and they told me that someone had checked my room and found nothing, I contacted the local council and confirmed that they would have to call a pest disinfection company to check it out. . I received a one night refund offer from the hotel via email and I provided them with my card details, but I did not receive the refund
