The reason I give this hotel 3 because it needs to work better on hospitality and language.
Two gentlemen were working there, one knew some of english, the other one even less. That's not how you run a hotel.
Secondly, the day before our last my sister wanted to take a shower, however there was no warm water available so after some conversation the employee told us that the water heater is broken and he'll fix it.
My sister then asked him is it possible she could take a shower in another available room, just to take a shower to which he replied barely that he'll ask his manager.
Ofcourse, we never got the reply back and my sister had to take cold shower because we had planned to whole day out. And ofcourse, we never saw the manager.
Well, what to say, it wasn't that bad, but that stuff shouldn't happen especially if it's a hotel and you wanna do well in this industry. It repels guests.
The best part is the location, the beach is really close to 5min max. What can I say, decide for yourselves.
