Spacious ground floor. decent sized kitchen and dining area. 2 TV in lounge area with WiFi availability mainly in ground floor and above kitchen area. Each room has an en-suite. Linen is clean and beds are comfy. Cot available at request with baby chair also available. Great location if you want to hit the beach everyday. Market Shops - not worth the effort unless you want to purchase something at a extortionate price for something you'll probably get anywhere in UK (i would say most of it is of poundland quality). There are some exceptions and it's those shops that would make the traveller a happy customer. Plenty for kids to do (age from 3 - 10) at Beach front. Local amenities available at your doorstep that include superstores and cinema. Bad points. Noise toilet system for the whole house. Parking is a mission, but might not be a hinderance if you don't use your car everyday. Carpet / ground floor laminate not clean. Can get very warm in certain parts of the house (need either A/C or alternatively some electric fans). All but one can be addressed by the landlord so I can see this place being a bargain for a big party like ours.
