Mayfair Hotel

Stayed here a few nights with my partner. The hotel is in a very good location, near a handy little shop, and not too far from the wellington arcade which is full of many different things. Overall the room was what I expected as it was a budget buy. The bed wasnt the most comfortable, the bathroom is very compact, and the flooring was dirty as if it hadnt been hovered for awhile. Staff were very nice on arrival, and a cleaning lady was very helpful when we were having trouble getting into our room.

DO NOT BOOK!! Absolutely disgusting, massive bed bug problem, staff notified, they laughed, dirty bedding, rude staff, dirty room, 100's of bites all over, told them the severity of the problem but what they do not know is the photographic evidence we have is significant, will be seeking compensation reporting to yarmouth Council, and hotel should be shutdown immediately, I will be following through on all preceeding and will not let this one lie!!!
