Just finished a phone call to the most helpful shop assistant who has helped me feel at ease due to my struggle with anxiety I will call a couple more times to familiarise myself with them before I'm able to go in store but this kind of service is so helpful when you struggle with your mental health. Popped in for a quick visit while on holiday. No greeting by staff, products labelled incorrectly, high prices. Didn't take me long to realise I wouldn't be spending my money here. Nevermind

Excellent service, I bought 2 rifles and they were more than happy to help me get them set up, nice, polite and very friendly people, highly recommended.

I don't like Pownalls at all, every time I've been in here the staff have always been miserable, the only time you get a smile is when you hand over your money, I've found somewhere else to buy my guns and accessories now, where I'm welcomed with a friendly smile and I'm confident about the stock being good working quality, i don't believe that Pownalls value their customers as human beings, they just seek to empty their wallets.
