Amazing patient teacher I have had lessons for over 3 years and have learnt so much I started with no knowledge of music but now playing a variety of songs with Jeffs help and teaching skills you learn at your pace and would recommend him to anyone you wont be disappointed

After taking early retirement I decided I needed another challenge. I bought a bass guitar and suddenly realised that teaching myself from a book just wasn't going to work! I asked in a local music shop and Jeff was recommended - what a great call that was. Just over two years on, I now have the confidence to play in a local concert band and this is all because of Jeff's encouragement, guidance and attention to detail. He has a manner which will make anyone feel at ease - at whatever age!!

Great guitar (and bass teacher). Teaches at the pace of the student and teaches a broad variety of songs and styles, whilst focusing on what the student wants to learn! Brilliant musician, affordable rates for all and always good for a chat and a laugh, I would definitely recommend Jeff as a guitar and bass teacher.

My 9 year old son has been having weekly classical guitar lessons with Jeff for almost 2 years and absolutely loves it!!! Jeff is a fantastic teacher, he makes every lesson enjoyable with his sense of humour and his passion for watching his students grow. He uses his 40 years of experience in playing both the bass and the guitar to give his students a knowledge of music that is second to none. He is guided by the students musical tastes as to which pieces to learn and develop further as their confidence and knowledge grows. My son's last graded exam result was a distinction... He truly wants them to achieve their full potential! I have personally seen jeff play, he is AMAZING! I would thoroughly recommend his tuition. You won't be disappointed.
