        I didn't want to leave a bad review, I am not a negative person. I wanted the excitement and joy of seeing my garden transformed. But two missed visits and no answer to messages or phone. Why not be truthful and say that you have too much work on? I just wanted a beautiful garden to enjoy is that to much to ask

        Garden is in awful condition. Patio is completely uneven, no attempt to even level the garden - in fact no attention seemed to be paid to the reference images that were supplied. Sent multiple emails, he argued the yelp review so I gave evidence of receipt, has deleted Facebook comments. I may as well have flushed 7k down the toilet.

        Ben eventually arrived 5 hours late for my appointment and we discussed the work and engaged him to start. However he never came back or answered any messages or phone calls. I was recommended by a trusted friend to use BR garden services, but can not honestly say I am impressed with their lack of response. If he was too busy to take on work why not say so, and not mess people around.
