        Started off ok but once they have your money things have a tendency to go downhill rapidly. After sales service is absolutely appalling. They have no interest in resolving problems that they themselves caused. Avoid this company at all costs. As someone else suggested, use someone like John Lewis, at least they honour their guarantees.

        Probably one to avoid. Once they have the sale you can be waiting a while. Payment is not upon completion but delivery of materials and you are then dependant on any sub contractor they choose. After sales was not a pleasant experience. Better off with a professional company like john lewis
