This was a last minute order on my part so called asking for same day delivery. Service was excellent, friendly, funny and accommodating. Only reason for 4 stars was because I was a little disappointed with the quantity of flowers. Quality was great. Maybe I am out of touch with what 50 buys! (That did include delivery).

Ordered an 80 sunflower wreath for my grandads funeral and expected it to be delivered on the day of the funeral (Monday). However, I have just spoken with the funeral director (14:00 Friday) and they have already been delivered. This is unacceptable and should have been communicated to me prior to paying. If I had know I would have gone with a different florist who would have made sure that my grandads flowers were vibrant and fresh. If they are anything less than perfect on the day they will be seeing me in person.
