Prostar Windows & Doors

Ordered our windows in early July 2019 including a real feature stained glass window and was told 5 weeks maximum until completion. The job was finally completed in October 2019 apart from the stained glass window. Prostar told us this would be ready and installed in a couple of days but still we are without our final window. It is now July 2020 and They still have not bothered to get in contact with us at all of there own backs and they dont answer calls or texts either. They also have not handed over any paperwork to comply with building regs at all. They took payment for the windows installed and just left us with a windowless frame last October. Prostar have ripped us right off. Take note of the other bad reviews as they are completely true about this company. Stay well away.

Had our windows and doors done from this company at our pub on Middleton road, gorleston. Great service, great workers, reliable, good value for money cant complain at all!! Would highly recommend!

Looks like Ali is just taking deposits and no doors or windows, no contact at all. Phones are nit working either, total con it appears. Thank you Adam, I finally received a call today after nine weeks with a new number.
