Crematorium good Not being able to use the only loo available unless you buy something is terrible especially bc they closed the public loo

This review is for the Garden Tea Room situated next to the Crematorium. On Friday 7 Oct 2022 we had the very sad occasion of saying a final goodbye to our beautiful sister. The service was lovely and the Crematorium itself in a very peaceful position. After travelling and meeting outside and being comfited by fellow mourners my wife needed to freshen up before the service began so we popped into the empty tearoom to ask for directions to the washrooms as we had never been there before. A lovely lady told us where they were but told my upset wife she was welcome to use their facilities which my wife was grateful for however I then had to spend the entire time until she was finished being subjected to nasty comments from her male colleague saying we were not customers and how fed up he was of people coming in and using the toilet. We only went in for directions and if not had the offer from his co-worker we would not have used them. My wife of course could hear his snide continuous comments and felt stressed in coming out as soon as possible on what was already a extremely distressing day for us. I do question with his attitude to bereaved families if he is working in the right location
